Stu80c
My dealer insists that this update can only be carried out by them at the dealership using the dealer network and that despite what the ford owners web page says, it can take up to 5 hours? On My Ford I logged in and I typed in my vin and was able to download the update for my vehicle, the instructions seemed fairly straight forward with an estimated time of approx 20 minutes to complete. I tried it once and got the "usb file not found" message. I have ensured usb was formatted fat32 and extracted the update to root, I have opened the .lst file in note pad and checked file commands are on separate lines and compared with other owners comments for their vehicles and all seems fine? I have a 2015 2.0l diesel kuga titanium AWD Is this a Kuga problem? as others seem to have been successful? I have attached jpeg of usb root files and jpeg of .lst file opened in notepad
