i was cut up by an amazon prime van this morning i looked for the footage but seem to have lost the 3 minutes when it happened any one know why this would happen i have a 128 gb sd card so plenty of room its soo anoying pluis he was using his phone

If you hit the brakes hard the dash cam might have noticed and stored the file away in a separate folder to prevent it from being overwritten. Look for a separate folder on the SD card with only a few files in it. Is the footage you are missing stored in that folder?
