Hi

I have a 12 plate Focus and today without any warning the head gasket blew.  Had to pay £150 for RAC roadside assistance and tow back home.  RAC chap said that I may be able to claim due to a fault on this model.  Does anyone know how I would go about doing this please because I really cannot afford a repair.

    Contact Ford customer assistance 0203 564 4444 , they will explain the process which will involve taking it to a dealer and them confirming the fault
