Focus MK1 year 2000 Central lock help needs new issue

Hi,

Wondering anyone can give a direction or some help what to do with my MK1 Focus central lock, so car has been purchased as run around car, is a year 2000 Focus Ghia 2.0 petrol,  It hasn't got a remote key so I bought one to use and I was able to program as well 2 beep as should but is only flash the indicator but no lock unlock or boot 🤣, and more problem is the passenger door sometimes lock all the door, sometimes not, the driver door key barrel locks 3 door but not a passenger, all cable checked with multimeter all fine, got 2 barrel one in driver one in passenger door.I think the passenger motor works as sometimes locks all the door... But seriously taken a ***** now... Any idea what to replace now? I did search on 1000 forum but never seen any same issues.
