Injector issues-what years affected?

Hi all,

I'm seriously considering a 2018 Ranger 2.2 manual as my next long term purchase (current Land cruiser owned for 15 years).

I've trawled the net and found Parkers guide stated the troublesome injectors were in cars from 2014-15.

So, my question is-are post 2016 cars clear of the poor injectors?

any advice greatly appreciated and cheers for your time.
