24008943 Posted July 23, 2020 Share Posted July 23, 2020 Hi, my Ford Pass was last automatically updated in May, leaving a constant"Take a coffee break while your software updates" which it never has. I took the car into a main dealer who simply advised to reinstal the app,but not having the password for it as it was setup by another Ford ealership who did not give me one ,i did not dare try it ,so contacted Ford Pass online help and they gave this advice if of any use to anyone else.... "It looks like it could be your vehicle's TCU with an issue. I would advise contacting your local Ford dealership where they will be able to update your modem and clean the problem performing a process called SBD (Symptom Based Diagnostic).
