Focus MK2 1.6 TI-VCT P0017 and P0341 faulty codes

Hey! I have a Ford Focus MK2 1.6 TI-VCT.

Since I bought the car, the check engine light comes on and the engine doesn't has the power it should have. Sometimes it does but mostly not. 
The previous owner from whom I bought the car got the timing belt replaced because of the faulty codes. Check Engine didn't came on test drive, and drove well, but it did the next day.
The camshaft sensors have been replaced, didn't solve the problem. 
I took it to a mechanic, he said the timing is correct, probably the VCT sprockets are bad. I had to take it to another mechanic because this one couldn't do it for health reasons. 
They replaced the VCT sprockets. crankshaft sensor too, new timing belt. Didn't solve the problem

Took the car to a 3rd mechanic, he said the previous one misplaced the timing, the exhaust crankshaft was off. Ok, new timing belt he said everything is in the correct position right now.
Still the car doesn't has it's power, the check engine light comes on and has P0017 and P0341 faulty codes. This 3rd mechanic said, since everything has been replaced, and the timing is set rigt it is probably the ECU got faulty. He said that there was a recall even back then on theese models because of this problem. 

What is your opinion on this? Can ECU go bad and produce theese error codes? 8 months have passed and none of them could solve my problem. It is really getting on my nerves.

Did you check the crank sensor?  The first code is either that or the cam sensor but you have had the cam one done the second code is as follows... 

P0341 is an OBD-II generic code that says the engine control module (ECM) detected the engine camshaft position sensor circuit is not within specifications. The sensor pulses do not correlate to the pulses of the crankshaft sensor.

So next is the crankshaft sensor so they can all communicate. And whoever does it needs to make sure they are in sync.

Both camshaft and crackshaft sensors have been changed and the faulty codes still come up.

It's possible the ecu is still running with old values one thing you can try is remove the minus battery lead for about 10-15 minutes before hand make sure you have your radio code. Then afterwards once hooked back up start the engine and let it idle for a bit then do another test. If it's still the same then you need to find a ford specialist to sort out the alignment of it all.

I think the battery plugs have been removed, because my clock is off the radio. So I don't know if that is the problem. I was wondering if the ECU can be faulty to drop faulty errors that actually doesn't exist mechanically

By the way. How do you fix down things? You need something to put in by the end of the camshafts. But do you need the X to in bitween the VCT sprockets? Because the mechanic who now did it said that you don't need the X between the VCT sprockets you only needed that with the fix camshaft timing.
