Globby Posted August 31, 2020 Share Posted August 31, 2020 Hi, 2011 Fiesta 1.4dci, fan comes on intermittently and goes full speed but turns off when ignition off also a slight smell of diesel but no overheating issues. Daggerit Posted August 31, 2020 Share Posted August 31, 2020 If I had to guess I would say that it's a DPF regeneration cycle taking place and that if you took a decent length run at higher speeds it would stop until you'd done a few shorter trips again.
