Dipped headlights not working?

Hi,

ive got a 2008 Ford Focus convertible the dipped headlights don’t seem to be working I’ve changed both lamps so that’s not the issue I’ve also checked 2 dipped lights fuses and both are fine. Can’t seem to locate a relay for the dipped lights? What else could cause this issue or if anyone knows the location of the relay so I can check it. Also noticed that when I switch into auto mode aswell and it’s dark none of the lights come on interior and doesn’t switch on the light on dash? Could a fault in the auto system effect the lights ?
