Rear deck amp wiering

My 2016 Fusion S, doesn't have any Speakers or wiering for them in the back deck.However, it has a boatload of cutouts underneath for Speakers. First does anyone know if oval cutouts are 6x9? It looks like it, but I want to make sure.

2nd, I'm installing a 4 channel Kenwood amp, feeding off the rear stock door Speakers. This will power the rear deck ovals. Im obviously using two channels to power the ovals, does anyone know how to use one or both of the other channels to power a small woofer mounted in that center cut out or a larger sub mounted in the trunk? how would that wiring look?
