I'm not sure what you want us to say. You either have a coolant leak causing it to spill on the floor or you have a bad head gasket causing it to contaminate your oil and burnt in the combustion chamber.

Or a leaking water pump. You can test for a head gasket by either getting a garage to do a pressure test, or a sniff test, or you can buy your own sniff test kit, which is some chemicals that change colour when they detect exhaust gases in the coolant.

You need to check or have a garage check the cooling system for leaks. There is nothing more right now I don’t think can be advised. Without someone physically looking anything here is just a stab in the dark I’m afraid.
