Hi guys,

 

I bought a ford ranger a few months back and paid a fair bit for it as I wanted it to last me a good few years. The 1st few weeks were fine but then it started hesitating between 2nd and 3rd so I took it to a specialist who recommended a oil change, filter change and an abs sensor. The business i bought it from refused to refund me and then I caught covid so once that was over i was out my 30days return. So I had all this work done and the problem went away for a few weeks and now is back. After asking the person who did my service what I should do he suggested a new transmission as there where metal shavings in the old oil. Im really struggling to find a new or reconditioned 6 speed automatic transmission for a 2012 ranger. Can anyone help me please.
