FORD FIESTA 2009 Stereo buttons not working HELP!

Morning all,

I was wondering if you could assist I have a FORD FIESTA 2009.  The stereo has stopped working, what I mean by that is the stereo buttons (CD, RADIO, AUX, PHONE, MENU, ON/OFF etc) they all do not respond. This includes the buttons on the steering wheel.  The little display remains on the time and date and does not respond or change to any buttons being pressed.  As such, none of the stereo functions actually work.

I have tried the following after browsing for fixes:

1.  Removing the fuse for a while and putting it back in.

2. Disconnecting the battery for a while and reconnecting.

3.  I have now replaced the stereo (the silver box)

All has not worked.  Can any of you guys/girls help please?

Did you solve the problem? I had the same problem at my Fiesta.

I also have the same problem.... checked all fuses and nothing in return. Replaced the radio box with a used one and still give the same exact problem.
