2010 Door mirror internal cover wire

Hi, I've just welcomed a 2010 Ranger Single Cab 2.5 to the family! Was thinking of popping some tweeter Speakers in the mirror cover and have discovered this little cable / connector (see image , it's not a pic of my Ranger btw). It has a little storage place in the trim so seems factory fit.
Are these connectors for a plug & play tweeter speaker or are they to do with the mirror operation?

Many thanks

I want to know what those wires are for too but I have other more pressing Ranger problems at the moment. Can you put a multimeter on them and see when they go 12v live? I was hoping they were for folding mirrors.
