nosaj92 Posted February 13, 2021 Share Posted February 13, 2021 Just been and collected the focus from my Dad this morning. Currently sat on 120,800ish miles. First things first; after this snow clears up a little will be a full detail in and out as I cannot stand how disgusting it is, plus a lengthy journey to London and back has it covered in all kinds of detritus. Following that I will be doing some small things to bring some much needed extra comfortsm. Mostly maintenance bits but definitely need a new drivers mirror as the housing is held together with electrical tape. Also the rear wiper doesn't work at all but the jets still do and no other issues with the rear hatch! More involved things which I will be investigating and researching at length will be possibility of fitting a 6 speed gearbox for my lengthy journeys on the motorway for camping trips (Wales and Scotland in the plans for this year already).
