Mayo in Oil Filler Cap

So today I needed to top up the washer reservoir and noticed the coolant on the minimum line, so had a look at the oil filler cap and there is mayo inside it. 😕 

My car had the block mod done a few months ago so had a new Ford headgasket. 

Is it likely to be a headgasket leak? The coolant is on minimum not underneath it, thing is its always been on max, no matter what. There is no oil in the coolant. 

I am using the car every day but only doing between 3 and 6 miles each way. 

Is it likely to be cold weather and short miles? Only reason I ask is because never had anything like that on this car before.

Who fitted the head gasket? I’m no expert but if it’s not done properly it will blow again guaranteed .

Ford RS Specialist, done with genuine Ford parts. It wasn't blown the first time around to be honest, it was only changed as the block mod was done.
