radio troubles

Featured Replies

i have a 2014 ford focus titanium with the sony sound system and on the radio it’s self and the volume controls on the steering wheel, i have no indication of volume control. i can’t even adjust the fade and balanceand bass on the touch screen. i also have no sound coming out of my speakers , i located an unplugged amplifier in the trunk of the car (Left side) and i plugged her in and she killed my battery a couple hours later. i know this is a pretty cluster ***** of a post but any ideas? i’m thinking i need to replace my ACM and also replace the sony amplifier in the trunk as the amplifier may be shorted and my empty volume controls are the victim of a bad ACM.

Can we assume you have just bought the car and the reason it was unplugged was that the previous owner discovered same, which is why they unplugged it? Or did it all work perfectly for you, and has suddenly gone faulty?

Have you tried disconnecting the. Minus battery lead for a while then re-connecting it? You will be surprised how that sorts alot of issues.

I'm confused, are you MarkHamil94 or u/chrishxrt ??
