Intermittent starting, slow loading dash/dials - help!

I was wondering if anyone has had a similar problem or could help diagnose this one? 

Ford Fiesta Zetec S 07 plate. 
It sometimes starts first time, other times can take can take multiple attempts. 
When it does start, the dials and dash takes a good minute or two to load up. Then once it turns off again we're back into the might start or might not game. 

Is this a battery issue? Wondering if anyone has experienced something similar. It doesn't get driven as much now I'm working from home!
