Door Handle Reinforcement Replacement 2009 mk4

Hi,

 

Could anyone advise me on how to replace the door handle reinforcement part on a mk4, front door please?  I've managed to break mine whilst getting a bit too carried away when the door was frozen recently.

 

I've got the handle off but it looks a bit tight inside the door and it's not immediately clear how to remove the part.

 

For reference, attached is a pic of the door handle reinforcement (the pic is for the rear but looks about the same).

I sorted it. quite easy really.

 

You need to remove the three screws for the lock on the side of the door, and there is one screw as you take the handle off that is on the outside of the door.  Then it just wiggles out.
