2017 Focus Titanium Eco Estate Auto Ride Quality.

Featured Replies

Hi. New to club (and to Ford). Just bought a 2017 Focus Titanium Eco Estate Automatic. A brilliant car in so many ways BUT utterly ruined by appallingly hard ride. I feel every single bump & imperfection in the road (and some, I swear, are not there on the road at all!). Extremely disappointed. Anyone out there had similar experience. Any advice/comment would be very welcome. Regards, cliveH.

I would hope not. I bought it from “Carzoo” and they claim to do a 300 point inspection on every car they sell!!(?). I tried to get ‘em to swop it for an Octavia estate auto butt they weren’t interested because I was just over the 7-day ‘grace’ period. If no-one else any similar experience I might ask a local Ford dealership to check it over for me. I just can’t believe it should ride like this!! Many thanks for your input. I’ll convey the thought to Ford!
