Droning noise

Hi all I have this droning noise coming from the front of my Ford focus 2013 eco... This noise only starts when slowing down to around 25 to 30 mph.. I had new brakes and checked front bearings which where OK. I had wheels balanced and tracking done.. But still same noise.. It stops when going faster than 40mph.. Any advice would be greatful
