Using ForScan today I noticed that I have an DTC for the HVAC which I can't clear. See attched picture, everything seems to be working, any ideas on what its not happy about?

    I checked Etis and this is what it says.

    B1088 - LIN Bus "B"

    63       - Circuit/Component Protection Time Out

    0A       - Fault is currently present.

    Not much help I know but with the descriptions it could be a fault with one of the Heated Screens or Seats not switching themselves off if that is what Time Out means. I can't think of anything else in the HVAC that is timed out other than the Supplemental Heater if fitted but I thought that was switched off by temperature only.

    I will have a look at those things and see if they do time out. Its kind of difficult to book it in to the garage and say "I think that I have a fault which I noticed when poking about with ForScan" if you know what I mean
