Coolant Leak?

Hi everyone,

Noticed upon a quick check that my coolant was empty this evening, so went and bought some to fill, and topped up with some water so it was above the minimum. As soon as I put the coolant in, it began to drip (very slowly) onto the floor. This explains the engine overheating issue I've had - and may explain why I've had some low power issues recently (not sure?). 

My question is, does anyone have any experience with this issue and what the fix would be?

    Well I'd start by finding out where the leak is coming from lol. Is the drip coming from the expansion tank itself?
