Henry VIII
My 2014 Focus' heat & A/C works fine...unless I engage the recirc button. Then a pronounced rhythmic 'clicking' noise occurs--as though there is something being tripped and falling back into place. This will continue as long as the button is engaged. The same thing happens any time I turn the fan off. But if I always leave the fan on and don't use recirculation, things are quiet. Anyone else experienced this and have a solution? TomsFocus
Sounds like your recirc flap doesn't know it's end point so keeps trying to move past it. As above, I'd just leave it switched off, could be a pain to repair buried deep behibd the dash.
