mattonabike
Not sure if my 2019 Focus EcoBoost is a MK3 or MK3.5? The rear reversing light is on the boot lid, not part of the brake light cluster. Also, only one reverse light comes on; the nearside. Any thoughts?

Most cars only have 1 reverse light, it's pretty normal. The other side is usually the rear fog light.

I suspected it only had a rear nearside reverse but wasn't sure. I hadn't heard about the MK4 model. It doesn't say on registration details. I guess it's a Ford thing. Thanks again. It's not really an official term anymore. All of Fords advertising and their official software (such as pars catalogues) don't use the mark system anywhere. You'll only see it used by consumers or parts places. VW (and many other manufacturers) use the mk system in the same way. For example, the polo is now on the mk8.
