I just brought 59 plate focus Titanium . Stereo come up un config mode when turn on  and when press phone to connect my phone it just muted stereo .is something missing or why can set up my Bluetooth 

I don't think that model came with the Bluetooth phone kit as standard. All of the radios had the phone button but on cars without the option the phone button just mutes the radio.

A titanium should have this option

if its running the last firmware update you can't find ANY menus on connecting the phone.... the car is always in spy mode... you look for the car on your phone then agree to the connection

you can add the module, there are various how too out there...  I did it with a £30 loom for a Golf off ebay - with some mods - rather than fords official £200 one

 

Odd that you make that statement with such certainty. Back in 2010 I bought a new Kuga Titanium X and guess what I had to pay extra for the Bluetooth phone option but maybe the Focus was diffrent.
