Focus Zetec S Lower Bumper Lip

I have recently noticed that my Focus Zetec S is supposed to have a little black piece below the front bumper but it is missing. I have managed to find a part number for the entire lower skirt (1759505), but cannot seem to find the black plastic piece separately at all. Can anybody help me to find the part number for that piece separately? I have found it for the Fiesta Zetec S (1801362) but not the Focus. Breakers are reluctant to sell it separately!

    The black piece is part of the front bumper skirt and not available as a separate spare part.
