There is a fusebox in the engine bay and another in the cab, but the don't go through both fuseboxes if that's what you mean? Obviously you must already know where the relevant fuse location is because you've said they're ok.

Without the key in do the lamps work when you turn the switch to the parking lamp position?

check with diagnostics the later one was a bit more clever and might tell you whats going on....

I had a bulb short (with dodgy broken filament) and it turned off all the brake lights !!! couldn't be bothered to let me know, but the diagnostics knew all about it
