focus shock absorbers

Hi All

Need some advise please, I need one of my shocks replacing at the moment its has the standard ones that came with the car, only need one replacing the rear left, I'm thinking to get all four done on my Focus 182bhp 2012 Mk 3..  Can anyone recommend any brands etc.. also will it be best to get the sports one's or the ones for standard focus.  

Any advice is much appreciated like always.

I only do normal driving so I always stick with genuine Ford parts.
