oil on top of air manifold - 2012 Fiesta

I have a petrol/oil smell in the cabin of a recently purchased car, which I haven't been able to trace. 

Today I have found oil around the bolt thread on the air manifold.  Does anyone know what could cause this and could it be causing the smell.

Is there blue smoke coming out the exhaust ?

If the car has been neglected maybe the cabin filter is clogged up, causing bad smells ?
