2015 fiesta titanium x

evening everyone, just purchased  a 2015  fiesta titanium x with 31,000 miles on clock., it sounds like the front pads are worn as I can hear them rubbing against the discs when braking. But there is no brake warning light coming on in the car to indicate they are low. Would it be right around that mileage to need replacing.

many thanks

Mileage isn't really a factor in changing brake pads. If a car has spent 31,000 miles on the motorway there won't be anywhere near as much wear as one that has spent 31,000 miles stopping at every traffic light around town.

There is no sensor to tell you the pads are low. You can usually see through the spokes of the wheel to see the amount of wear.
