Timing belt vibrates between 1500 2100 rpms on my 1.6 ecoboost

Hey guys,i have an issue on my 1.6 eb focus.Timing belt is vibrating and shaking between 1500 2100 rpms,already changed the belt and bearing still the same.Anyone has any idea ?
