Door stuck

Hi I have a 2010 Ford Focus just wondering how to fix/open rear door that won’t open from outside or inside it’s completely stuck

Pretty sure that sounds as if the 'child lock' has been activated. There is a slot in the actual door jamb itself to turn on/off, but it should only prevent the door from being opened from the inside handle, the outside one should still work?

Did it use to work, or have you just got the car and it has never worked?

It may have clamped itself on the primary and aperture seals, get someone to pull the outer handle while you gently "boot" it from inside.

If that doesn't work you'll have to pull the door casing off and manually work the latch from the inside.

Can you hear it working when you pull the inner or outer handles?

Can you hear it locking/unlocking?
