Anyone know the name of this part?

Hi guys, I’ve literally just signed up. 
I need some help. 
the rear bumper has been vibrating, loads. So just had a look and two plastic grey screws/fasteners are really loose. They connect the underside of the bumper to a metal screw under the car. I can’t seem to find the name, and the part number on them refers to a steering pump. 
 

any help is appreciated.

Hi Martin, they are just plastic push on nuts. Difficult to guess the size from the photo but have a look on amazon or eBay
