bigdom Posted October 4, 2021 Share Posted October 4, 2021 hi just got myself a filter for my 2019 awd juga diesel 2ltr , seemd ok , travelled falkirk to edinburgh and back , felt good , but a mile from home it went into limp mode ie 2 k revs and 45 miles an hour, ,parked up had a coffe then it worked ok again , ive been told its a roulette if it works ok or not , obviously not mine , so i have a filter for sale now , felt it easy on the pedal and no effort i dont drive with a lead foot 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

DaveT70 Posted October 7, 2021 Share Posted October 7, 2021 Yes, as mentioned, K&N chuck loads of oil onto the MAF and cause loads of problems. Chuck it in the bin, they do nothing anyway. I used them on non-MAF cars but stuck with dry foam filters on newer MAF cars, Pipercross, Ramair, etc. Until I got old and boring and just used standard paper filters again.
