M4drums
Hi, I have a 2017 Galaxy that’s done 85,000 miles. It’s always been ‘main agent’ serviced but I’ve had an issue for the past 18 months with the system going into limp mode occasionally. This is normally triggered under heavy acceleration or constant motorway speeds and resets when I pull over and turn the ignition off. It went in to my local Ford workshop last year for the same issue but apparently nothing relating to the problem was recorded in the computer log? I know they changed a sensor but this obviously hasn’t solved the problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

paul wrug
Hi, I have had the same issues usually associated with the anti skid light coming on. When driving on the motorway it usualy stutters a bit before the engine management lit comes on. Ford diagnosed injector problems. Had all 4 changed (not at ford). Ran Well for nearly a year but happened again yesterday. Garage diagnosed no 1 injector fault but shortly after limping home and trying my own diagnostic tester it cleared the fault and is running fine showing no issues.
