Hardwire a dashcam

Anybody out there hard wired a dash cam to a 2016 kuga, if so was easy to save the £60 an hour auto electrician charges.

i did it with a 2017 dashcam, there is  a video on youtube that was excellent, just do a search  and should help.

Hi there I just did mine on my for kuga 2022 model one earth wire  yellow wire to pin 11 and red to pin 70 in the back under the glove box but like say mine is a 2022 model. It was easy took about 25 mins in total after running wires around the window ready

could you please let me know what size or model fuse tap you used?

and where would be the best place to purchase.

mine is a 22/23 brand new ST line EX model

Rob, I've just fitted my Kenwood front and rear dash cam. Found this very helpful.
