have a 94 Ranger 3.0 with no turn signal lights; I'm assuming it's a bad, multi switch or combination switch you're right proportion still works not sure about the brights.
anyway that's really not what this is about I'm trying to remove the turn signals to a toggle switch but I can't figure out where the power is coming in

I am completely new at this and any electrical knowledge is based on what I've learned from here and YouTube to the best of my knowledge power to the combination switch appears to be coming in on a purple wire with hash marks.
I can't find this wire and I'm not even sure that's right wire to attach my toggle switch.

does anyone have any suggestions or can you just tell me the right way to wire the starter switch the simplest way1/1
