Megan Spencer
I bought a 2022 Ford Mustang back in January and I'm getting a notification on my screen that says "System off to save battery" it's a brand new car and I've never left the car on or any of the lights. It doesn't pop up every time I start the car either. It's usually when I go on lunch break at work. What should I do?
alexp999
Drive the car, it's just a low battery warning so the Sync 3 screen will not boot up to save power. It's totally normal and nothing to worry about.

The Latman
I had the exact same issue on my Mondeo. Despite driving the car on a long trip. Turns out that yes, it is a low battery warning (did you also notice the chimes changing tone), but also the "advanced battery monitoring system" is not that great. I had to do a manual reset by flashing the lights and pumping the brakes a few times, before it started behaving again.
