Ford Sierra engine swap bmw m52 engine

I have a old sierra without engine and box I have a BMW 523i 2000 model thinking of using the bmw engine Has anybody used a BMW m52 2.5 straight six engine in a ford sierra was it a big job ? What do I need to lookout for ? What gearbox prop and diff and fueling will I use any help would be much appreciated

I would not advise this. Too much power, too big of an engine and I would not want to waste that engine when you could put it in the original car which will go up in value.
