daniel2609
i have a v reg 1.8TD and the heating controls dont work, the blowers dont work and the heating control doesnt seem to change between hot and cold, although that may be due to the blowers not working, also the air con doesnt work.. im guessing its all connected??? easy fix? Any help is appreciated! Daniel
rog99
First of all check the heater blower motor fuse [F64 - 30A] in the engine compartment fuse box. If that is OK then it is possibly the blower motors resistor pack. This is mounted on the side of the blower motor behind the passengers side glove box. If the blower motor is not running the aircon will not work.

Dan62
hi guys i have a 2 ltr and have the same problem how easy and what price is a replacement is it possible to just replace the resistor pack or is it a new unit cheers gary If it is the resistor pack the blower will work on full speed setting. The blower circuit is fairly simple so I would go for the switch itself, if it was the blower motor the A/C light would come on.
