Mark03
Hello everybody, I have a 2011 mk3 ford focus titanium. I never really used bluetooth in my car to stream music, because I get these really nasty popping and cracking sounds while doing so. I tried to update via the usb slot in the glove compartment, but no matter what kind of pendrive I use, the car displays that the device is not supported. I tried both usb 2.0 and 3.0 drives with all kinds of formats but nothing seems to work. Any ideas?
unofix
SanDisk, USB2.0 FAT32, maximum size 16GB. Some have reported that the 32GB size also works, but it seems not on every car.
VFR800
Check the format of the drives, think it needs to be FAT32.

JW1982
I never had any problems with larger or NTFS formatted USB drives on both the old bluetooth Voicecontrol system or the SYNC 1.0 / 1.1. system. I even had a 256 GB SSD drive working without any problems.
