unofix
It looks like at least one connector will need replaced on the harness and possibly two. It might be a trip to a scrap yard to salvage an old harness and then splice the connectors on.

You should also be able to use FORScan to automatically download the "AsBuilt" BCM file for your car direct from the Ford servers. So if your saved file is corrupt due to the damage, then all is not lost. Â

If the keys do need coded in, then all vehicles 2013 onwards can only be coded by a Ford main dealer.

Make sure the part number of the replacement is an exact match. The revision letter must be the same or higher than the original. So I have the part number, which is DV6T-14A073-DL so do I need an exact match to this? when you say the revision letter must be the same or higher than the original which letter do you mean...sorry

I've been searching for a good few hours, I can't find an exact match, but ones ending in K, H, M  Hopefully @DaveT70 can share some wisdom with us to see what I can do. Thanks so much @unofix your help up to yet has been amazing!

Based on that the only one you can use is 'M' Â

unofix
Hi Paula, I did suspect you might have an issue getting a new connector. They are probably available from AliExpress if you knew the part number. There is a guy here on the forum who is very good at identifying connectors he might be able to help piotr @piotrmod next time he is here. Or you could ask @Rowan112
piotrmod
Hi! @unofix Thanks for remembering! I'll do my best to help. Firstly, need VIN to sort out BCM number and exact connector references. This is Focus MK3, which year? P.
