Help! Smell inside the cabin almost a bit like smokey burnin

Bit of a strange one there is a weird smell inside the cabin which has just started since yesterday, it smells a bit like something's a bit smokey burning? The car runs fine the temperatures look fine it sounds like its running fine.

The only strange thing is the USB point in the cup holder by the handbrake the illumination behind it was flashing slightly when the lights were on, and the USB point itslef does feel quite warm i dont use it anyway, so i don't know if thats always been like that or not.

Bit strange any ideas??

I'd pull it out and test it to be on the safe side, you dont wanna be woken up by a burning vehicle.
