imgreen
I have a Fiesta Zetec from 09 and I'd love to update the firmware on the radio. I just wanted to know if it was possible at all to install a usb port? Also, if not, is it possible to install from disk?

StephenFord
Just now, imgreen said: For wireless music streaming I was unaware that simply updating the firmware would allow streaming. 14 years ago, bluetooth was expensive and still a luxury. Streaming never became common place till much more recent. You may have more luck buying a cheap BT receiver for the car and tuning it into a spare FM channel on your radio... Numerous listings for such devices on eBay.
unofix
The factory fitted equipment in a 2009 vehicle, even if it had been installed with the then optional bluetooth never supported music streaming. You need to replace the entire system with one that supports current bluetooth standards or as Stephen has said buy a plug-in bluetooth FM receiver and connect using that.
TomsFocus
I'm often surprised by how early cars got various tech....and by that I mean VAG cars, not Fords! I had a 2002 Golf with a factory fitted iPod connector. (Built one year after the iPod was released!) And a 2004 A3 with a decent flip screen sat nav, bluetooth for calls and SD card inputs for music. Genuinely amazes me that Fords were still being released in the 2010s without bluetooth as standard!
