It's the accessibility to a particular bolt above the fuse box. A long reach box spanner or socket  is required. It's fiddly to access but with patience can be done.

Any chassis ground point will do. All you need is a point to be able to connect the dashcam negative lead.

I suggested the bolt above the fuse box as when the cover is replaced everything is out of sight. Of course any bolt will do as long as it's grounded.
