Exhaust Systems For Mk7 Zetec S

Im looking to get an exhaust for my fiesta, been to a few of the usual suspects. I would prefer it cutting into the rear valance(like every other car as standard haha) As in some pictures/view points ive seen it looks abit out of place.

I rang ford asking if I cut into the rear valance what parts of warranty would I be giving up. Like Common sense says If The rear bumper falls off or discolours or something I would understand they wouldnt warrant it. But the lady on the phone was abit sketchy with details. I wouldnt want it to invalidate the whole bodywork warranty for example if a door rusts ect but big companies will do anything. Where would I stand cutting into the valance?

Also, any other exhaust makers(im in leeds) that do them under the valance apart from the mentioned ones?

One more only I promise, Would a cat-back miltek sound similar to the mountune car as it has a miltek exhaust?

Thanks in advance

Jay

Hi

I think if iam correct this rear valance is not the same as the previous zetec s/st what i mean is that the exhaust would protrude from the valance. IE it has been cut for that purpose.

Can a rear valance not be purchased that already has provision for an exhaust to protrude so that you do not have to cut anything.

I would go for a yes but why when I just want the normal rear valance with the exhaust slightly cut into the bumper if you understand. rather than hanging down underneath. But dont wana ruin my warranty

Going to trax tomorrow in silverstone, Doubtful miltek will have a fiesta laying about for me to look at lol.
