Ranger starts and dies.

bit if of a long story

After a 300 mile trip back in May, the adblue countdown came on my 2018 3.2 ranger. Adblue was full and When scanned no codes were found   Don’t judge me but I thought an adblue delete made sense at this point. The person who did the delete struggled to upload the file through the obd port and then took the ecu off to load the map directly. Once the ecu was reinstalled the trick will start and then immediately die. The mapper said he believed it to a broken wire and left me to it. I have been through all the wiring from the fusebox and ecu in case of a breakage when it was removed. Another mapper had a look and diagnosed a faulty ecu so I have fitted a new one and had it programmed by Ford but the truck still won’t start. Again when scanned the only code I get is p023ch I believe is the MAP sensor. I have tried a new one to no avail. Timing has also been checked  and is  spot on. The truck ran fine prior to the Adblue counter coming on.

Does anyone have any ideas as I’m am totally out at this point.
