Exhaust fumes in cabin

Hi really hope someone can help , I have a ranger 2020 eco blue, when the automatic dpf clean kicks in I get a strong smell of exhaust fumes in the cabin, I have had it into Ford 3 times they keep saying it’s just a bracket. They say they fix it then it happens again next dpf clean. 
Has anyone had similar problems, it got a new engine last year due to the wet belt oil pump problems.
