2016 2.2 Ranger XLT rear camera install?

Hi folks, I'm new to the forum.

Switching over from a 2011 Navara to a 2.2 2016 Ranger XLT, and have a quick question. 

The Ranger I'm getting doesn't have a reverse cam, being disabled I find it really difficult to turn/rotate to reverse and find it quite necessary to have one installed, unfortunately mine will not have one, nor parking sensors (I dont think)

I've been scouring forums, online, YouTube etc and can't find a clear cut answer for the following, so im hoping someone may help:

- Does this year Ranger have the wiring already within the vehicle for this? I know a lot of brands will have the wiring in there for optional extras, but just blank them off if the new owners don't want them. Is it the same with these years/models? 

- if not, I've heard of the different versions of 'sync' that these vehicles have. My truck will have the older style of dash/head unit that I thought had moved onto the new infotainment/clocks at this point (september 2016, with the two screens either side of the speedo) but mine will have the one manual clock for speed and one revs, and then the lcd screen in the middle. Will a reverse cam plug straight into the back of the head unit, and what's the deal with the different versions of sync? Ive seen rear cams that only work for 2.5, and some for 2-3 and not 2.5. 

- Whats the best way to wire/route cables through to the cab? If someone has a diagram or example that would be great.
